General Questions
What are your hours of operation?
Our hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book online or over the phone. Please include your full name, service address, and preferred date and time.
Is there a booking fee?
Yes, the $200 booking fee is deducted from your final bill. This secures your service.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice for changes. Less than 48 hours may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, Venmo, CashApp, Apple Pay, and credit cards (3.5% fee for card payments).
What if I cannot make it to my final inspection?
If you’re unavailable, we can leave or email your receipt. Please note, missing the final inspection waives your satisfaction guarantee.
What happens if something is broken or damaged?
We are not liable for items in boxes we didn’t pack. For high-value items, please notify us beforehand. Renters insurance is recommended.
How does your billing work?
We charge a 3-hour minimum, then in 15-minute increments. Billing starts when our truck arrives. We do not charge for lunch breaks. Travel time is billed by mileage and time.
Moving Services
What is included in your moving service?
We provide moving blankets, hand trucks, lift-gated vehicles, and staff based on the size of your move.
Can you put my furniture together?
Yes. We reassemble items we disassembled. For furniture we didn’t take apart, we charge hourly for assembly.
What are the hidden fees?
Fees may include travel, packing materials (tape, shrink wrap, boxes), and special requests.
Do you provide services outside of Oahu?
Yes, we offer inter-island and mainland moves. We do not provide storage.
Is there anywhere you will not move my items?
We move anywhere on Oahu. Areas like Waianae, North Shore, and Hawaii Kai may include travel surcharges.
Trash Removal
How much does trash removal cost?
Prices start at $250 and vary by weight, material, and distance from the dump.
Can you remove trash from my business?
Yes, we service both residential and commercial properties, including larger Airbnb units.
Is there anything you won’t take?
We do not remove gasoline, oils, propane, firearms, hazardous materials, pesticides, paint, or plants.
Cleaning Services
What’s included in your move-out service?
We clean everything inside the property and provide all supplies and equipment.
Note: The unit must be empty when we arrive.
Do you shampoo carpets?
Yes! We use a high PSI steam cleaner and dual vacuum system. Drying time is 3–5 hours.
Do you clean light fixtures or bathroom fans?
We clean them if you take them down beforehand. We don’t remove fixtures ourselves.
