Move-Out Cleaning in Honolulu, Aiea & Across Oahu

Moving out is stressful enough without a final clean on top of it. Oahu Professionals cleans the whole unit so it is ready for the final walkthrough. We bring all supplies and equipment, and we serve Honolulu, Aiea, Mililani, Aina Haina, Hawaii Kai, Diamond Head and the rest of Oahu.

What’s included

We clean everything inside the property, including kitchens, with the areas behind the fridge and under the oven. Light fixtures and bathroom fans are cleaned if you take them down beforehand. If the carpets need attention too, we can shampoo them with a high-PSI steam cleaner and dual vacuum system, and you can bundle it in one visit. See our carpet cleaning page for details.

Move-out cleaning prices

Final price depends on the size and condition of the unit. Typical ranges:

• Studio: $350–$450
• 1 bed / 1 bath: $400–$500
• 2 bed / 1 bath: $500–$600
• 2 bed / 2 bath: $525–$650
• 3 bed / 1 bath: $600–$700
• 3 bed / 2 bath: $650–$750
• 4 bed / 2 bath: $750–$850
• 5 bed / 2 bath: $800–$1,000

Add a half bathroom for $50. Moves that include carpet cleaning are priced separately, and stairs add $75 and pet enzyme treatment is $20 per room. Full details are on our pricing page.

How booking works

Send us your request with your address, preferred date and the size of the unit. We review it and send you a quote. A $200 booking fee secures your date and is deducted from your final bill. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Our re-clean guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area we serviced, we will re-clean it. If you can’t be there for the final inspection, we can leave or email your receipt, but please note that missing the final inspection waives the satisfaction guarantee.

Move-out cleaning questions

Does the unit need to be empty?

Yes. The unit must be empty when we arrive.

Do you shampoo carpets?

Yes. We use a high-PSI steam cleaner and dual vacuum system. Drying time is 3–5 hours.

Do you clean light fixtures or bathroom fans?

We clean them if you take them down beforehand. We don’t remove fixtures ourselves.

Can you help with the move itself?

Yes. We offer moving services and trash removal, so the move and the clean can be handled together.
